The Back Story
This old Hewlett-Packard signal generator has been fully restored with an 90 watt version of the MegaTone "GIRTHMASTER" circuit. An extra preamp gain stage has been added to expand the crunch tone. Tube compliment is four E34L power tubes with a special selection of transformers (power-output-choke). The chassis is constructed of light weight mil-spec aluminum with plenty of room to install this expanded version of our classic circuit. To complete the package, a new custom control panel was created and the cabinet has been powder coated with a hammer tone clear coat finish.
